Replacing a BJ Cartridge Aligning the Print Heads Troubleshooting 337 Remove the BJ cartridge and check the print head. If the tape has not been removed, remove it. Align the print heads before you resume printing. If the orange protective tape is not removed from the BJ cartridge, ink cannot be ejected from the BJ cartridge.
