Lexmark pro715 ink cartridges? After printing 4 8x10 photographs, the printer informed me that ink levels were low and it stopped working. Out of curiosity I removed cartridges and tore them apart, guess what? Yeah...still saturated with ink! I do not believe they monitor ink levels at all but count print size and number. That makes them thieves in my book.

Worst Printer I ever owned

I purchased the Pro715 due to the fact I already had a Pro705 which I really liked. The Pro715 on the other hand is slow at starting up seems to take forever to get a page printing and turns itself on from time to time for who knows what. The print quality is very good if you can get it to print I never got the wireless printing correctly and use the ethernet connection on my network instead. I have not found that the Pro715 was worth the headaches it seems to give you just to print a single sheet not counting the fact it jams alot more than my Pro705. I had my Pro705 for about a year when I purchased the Pro715 which I though was a better version. I no longer even print using the Pro715 but use the Pro705 instead.
