You must open the toner door, firmly grasp the left and right sides and pull the toner door toward you. To open the toner door to access the toner cartridge, clear jams, and clean the printer. You will feel some resistance when opening the toner door. Opening the toner door conveniently lifts the toner cartridge for easy removal.
