INSERTING THE BOBBIN Attention: Turn power switch OFF ("O") before inserting or removing the bobbin. 1. Pull the thread through the slot, to raise the needle before inserting or removing the bobbin. Also clean them, using a soft, dry cloth. 5 6. Remove the needle, presser foot, and presser foot holder. Clean the hook race, feed dogs and bobbin case with a brush.
