I Cannot Access 'network Type' To Change It From Wirless To Wired. It's Greyed O

I recently bought the TV from a coworker. He used it with a firestick. I don't own a firestick so I need a wireless adapter or a wired connection. I opted for the wired connection but now I cannot access "network type". It's grey and I cannot select it to change the setting from wireless to wired. Help.

If you press the EXIT button (page 63) for a while (in Samsungs words) a menu will give the option to reset to factory. You should reset the TV to factory and then should be able to reconfigure to suit your own environment.
