How Do I Get Rid Of The Small Gray Squares?
Small gray squares are appearing on items sent to Lexmark Pro 800 printer. Print head has been cleaned.

There is a firmware update available for your printer. We highly recommend that you install these updates. Click the link below to download. Please make sure the USB cord is plugged in from the printer directly to your computer when updating.

After successfully updating your printer, run the Deep Clean Printhead function on your printer.
For non-touch screen printers: Press the Setup button > Maintenance > Deep Clean Printhead.
For touch screen printers: Press the Ink Levels > More Options > Deep Clean Printhead.
