Printing Issue

I have my lexmark s508 correctly connected with the usb cable. i cannot print for the last 3 weeks and i don't know the reason. everything seems to function properly,i don't have any messages at the printer's monitor

If you're not getting any error or intervention message on you printer, please turn the printer off for about a minute and power back on.

Also, make sure to update the printers' firmware. To do this, launch Lexmark Printer Home-> Support -> Check for firmware updates.
