Printing Blank When Ink Cartridges Are Full....

The ink cartridges on my Lexmark Intuition printer are full'ish but it is neither printing in black and white or colour. Please help. Thanks Abigail Wadham-Smith

Please try to reinstall the driver software of your Lexmark Intuition S508. It might be corrupted and requires reinstallation. You can use the software CD that comes with the package or download it from the link below.

First, make sure that you're using genuine Lexmark cartridges.

Second, make sure that the firmware of your printer is up to date. Just go to http://bit.ly/ghfW8H to download the firmware update.

If the firmware update doesn't help, perform a maintenance on the cartridges. To do that, on the control panel of your printer, press on Setup > Maintenance > Deep Clean Printhead.
