My Printer Will Not Print Black I Have Changed The Toner
the printer will not print black it is a printer problem not computer. I want to clean the print heads but do not know how to get to them

First, make sure that you're using genuine Lexmark cartridges and both cartridges have sufficient ink levels left.
You can check this article on how to clean the cartridges: http://bit.ly/R9exEH. Look for Wiping the print cartridge nozzles and contacts.
