If the Boss Audio BV9341 turns on but produces no sound, there are a few possible reasons:

1. The volume could be turned down or muted. Check the volume settings and make sure it is not muted.

2. The speakers could be damaged or not connected properly. Check the speaker connections and make sure they are securely connected.

3. The audio source could be the issue. Try playing music from a different source to see if the problem persists.

4. The amplifier could be faulty. In this case, it would need to be repaired or replaced.

If none of these solutions work, it may require further troubleshooting or repair by a professional.

I hope this is helpful? PLEASE "ACCEPT" and mark it "HELPFUL" to complement my little effort. Hope to bring you more detailed answers.
