Please Help With Windows Downgrade Options Asus D550ma-ds01 Intel Baytrail-m

ASUS D550MA-DS01 Intel Baytrail-M N2815I cannot get it to boot now that I have deleted all partitions to try and install windows 7.... I have installed many an OS in my day but am stummped by this I have disabled secure boot I have made a bootable USB win7 install for UEFI I Have a Win8 Recovery disk which will allow me to boot to cmd prompt I have flashed the bios to the most recent. I have enabled Launch CSM I have got windows to start loading up to the windows recovery options menu (ie Start in safe mode etc) Please help! My mother is starting to wonder if she will ever see her laptop again
