AVOID NEXUS and ALL ASUS PRODUCTS
Nexus 7s were shipped with a known issue of not connecting with bluetooth. Contacting customer service is a sad joke:I was cursed at, lied to, hung up on, etc.
Asus customer service has a reputation of claiming units were damaged by the user, thus voiding the warranty.
Better off throwing the money in the trash and saving the frustration, aggravation, wasted time, effort and money
I will NEVER own another Asus product.

WORST SERVICE EVER
The Nexus 7 has known issues connecting with Bluetooth ( it doesn't connect ).Asus customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I was cursed at by Asus reps, hung up on, lied to, etc.
LITERALLY would have been better off throwing the $300 in the trash
