Printer Settings Factory Settings The printer settings have been set at the factory before shipment. Please see Chapter 3. 2-22 Although you can operate the printer with these factory settings unchanged, you can be restored to the factory default settings with user settings. They are called "Factory Settings." You cannot modify the preset factory settings. The changed user settings can tailor the printer with the RESET MENU mode. For more information, see "List of Factory Settings" in Chapter 3. ✒ Note Changing the user settings does not affect factory settings.
