Unable To Get The Phone To Activate
I purchased a Straight Talk Samsung S336C from Walmart. Called Straight Talk to transfer my cell number from my old LG Straight Talk phone to the Samsung, was told everything transferred to the new phone including airtime. It has been 2 days on the phone with Straight Talk and still no airtime. I can receive texts but cannot send, receive or make calls. They have manually added airtime with no success getting them on the phone. Message displayed is activation required. Any suggestions?
