Touchsmart Software Problems

My touchsmart 300 pc is only a month old and suddenly both the touchsmart music and photo programs preinstalled have stopped working. when you click on them to open you get the spinning circle and a message box that says the touchsmart main music or photo program has stopped working. It tries to find an answer but you get nothing. I have followed the instructions to uninstall and reinstall them with no success. any other ideas??

hi, touch smart pcs ,have a recovery file, installed on a save partion on the hard drive ,you can reinstall the the original software , , after backing up your own data

restart the pc ,press f11 while booting ,this will reinstall the original software on your touch smart,,

dont ,forget to back up your data ,recovery will set the touch smart to its factory setting..
