Not a reliabl product

DVD went out and started jamming, not ejecting and not recognizing the DVD after about 2 yrs. got a blu ray but now the LG DVD player continually runs. I have to turn sound way up to drown out the noise. If I had read the reviews before I bought I would not have gotten tis tv.
