Phaser 8400n Print Quality

I have a 8400n printer that is not printing red or black. Any suggestions?

Print off a print quality test page from the troubeshooting menu. Should be the first option under print quality problems. The last page prints off all the nozzles. If your missing both black and magenta in that section then my first guess would be you use third party ink and it has clogged the nozzles. Time to buy a new printhead or new machine. Print heads cost about as much as a new machine.
