Lens Error

I have a Sony VPC-E760 and when I turn on my camera it its already fully zoomed, when i try to zoom it more "Lens Error:41" appears and the camera shuts down. Also the lens cover doesnt shut and the lens dont retract back they just pull out further when shut down and they come back in when turned on. Please help.
