Periodic Horizontal Split Screen
My TV' screen will periodically display a slow moving horizontal black line dividing the screen image. This only happens when a graphic is displayed on the programming I'm watching such as a news weather report involving graphics. Doesn't happen consistantly but now more frequently than before. Self correcting at first but now requires turning the TV off and back on to eliminate. Any idea? Thank you.
