Pioneer Avh-4400bt Bluetooth Error-10

Hi recently I updated my Pioneer avh-4400bt stereo it was installed properly and working but now when I go to bluetooth it just comes up with error-10 if I factory reset the unit wool this work? But I don't know where the factory reset button is placed on the head unit.

Massage: Error-10

Couse: The power failed for the Bluetooth module of this unit

Action: Turn the ignition switch OFF and then to ACC or ON. If the error message is still displayed after performing the above action, please contact your dealer or an authorized Pioneer Service Station.
