hello !
it could be possible that you have ran out of mobile data and internet pages are not being displayed on your mobile phone or you may need to re install the 3g settings on your mobile. you can call the service provider for the seetings and then install it.
There could be a proble with your wifi connection, try connecting to the wifi and if it doesnt connect then you may have to give your phone for repair.
you havent provided enought details so here is another suggestion.
