Telephone operation Directory The directory can store up to 100 entries with up to 30 digits for each phone number and 15 characters for each name. • Directory entries are shared by all handsets. • When there are no records in the directory, the screen shows Directory empty. • When the directory is full and you try to save an entry, the screen shows Directory full. • If you try to save an entry already stored in the directory, the screen shows Already saved. • If the telephone number in the directory exceeds 15 digits, Any additions, deletions or edits made on...
