Kodak ESP3250- Not recommended
I have one of the above. It is being dumped. I will never be the owner of any Kodak product again, based on my experience with the above machine.Most such printers, not alone Kodak products, are designed for three principal reasons:
1. To make owner-repair impossible;
2. To sell large amounts printer-ink at high cost;
3. To encourage 'throw-away' attitude in the hope of selling more and more new machines.
My response to this type of exploitation is NEVER to buy such a product again, or to recommed it. Rather, I will tell my bad experience to anyone who asks for it.
I am surprised that a company like Kodak must resort to such tactics. There was a time when they would be above this type of behaviour.

Would never buy a Kodack printer again. The scanner is fine but the problem is that the printer (ESP3250) randomly stops printing and will not continue until on or both cartriges are replaced. This occurs when prior printed sheets showed absolutly no fading whatsover. This is extremely frustrating when you are in the middle of something and do not have a replacement cartridge on hand. unbelieveable that they do not allow an option to temporarily allow you to bypass the error until you have a chance to pick on up. I feel that Kodak was deceptive in advertising this printer as being more economical on ink as I seem to replace the Kodak cartridges at least 4 times the rate of other printers that I have used. I will never buy another Kodak printer again and tell everyone I know to avoid these printers. Mine will be going in the trash soon.
