Manualslib has a service manual available. It does not explain the procedure for dismantling but does offer a layout of the PCB which contains the RTC including its battery. It is IC608 near the CD rom connector. It is easily replaced if it is in a socket but if it is soldered then it needs to be handled by an experienced service engineer. This is the link to the manual. Dismantling should be a simple procedure if you follow the instructions for replacing the hard drive.
