Audio Problems

I've had this TV for less than a month and three times I have turned the set on only to have no sound. If you try to change channels during this time, a box appears saying "Reconfiguring Data" and no picture will appear. Only if you turn the set off and then turn it back on will you have sound. I only have an antenna and not cable. Should I return my TV ?
