I Necedad The Recovery Dvd 1 Where Can I Download It?

Unless you created the recovery DVDs for your computer, your only recourse would be either borrow a working set from someone (provided the DVDs are from the EXACT model of your machine, or to order them from Toshiba's website for your model of computer.  There are some unsavory websites out there that claim you can purchase the DVDs from them, but it's best to avoid them altogether.  A service tech can install your operating system on your machine, provided he or she has the proper operating system and your machine has the product code sticker with a CD key.  Good luck.
