Panel Keys

I have a Samsung smart TV and the panel keys are locked and I don't have the remote to it . I have tryed to unplug it for a few min plug it back in and nothing . what can I do ?

For unlocking the panel keys you must need to have a remote control without this it is next to impossible

a). Press the MENU button.

b). Select System.

c). Scroll down for more Options.

d). Select General.

e). Select Panel Lock.

f). Select On or Off based on your preference.

STEP 1

Press "Menu" on the remote control.

STEP 2

Press the down or up arrows to scroll to the "Setup" option.

STEP 3

Press "+."

STEP 4

Press the up or down arrows to highlight "Panel Lock."

STEP 5

Press the "+" button to select "Off." The panel lock is now removed.
