Tv Took 3 Min Then Tvtook 10 Min Then Took All Night To Come On Now Will Not Com

You can try to power cycle the TV in hopes of resolving the issue, but from what you describe, most likely it will require service repairs.
Power cycle: turn the TV off, unplug it and then leave it unplugged for a few minutes. Plug it back in, turn it on and then restore settings back to factory defaults.
Still experiencing issues: you would need service repairs.
