Cannot Use Preset Stamp On Ricoh Aficio Mp C3500

Hi, if the machine won't let you select the preset stamp, you may need to contact your service technician. After the hard drive is replaced in that machine, the stamp data needs to be downloaded again, so perhaps the hard drive was replaced and the stamp data was never re-downloaded.
