Gpsmap 441s Power Doesn't Work

my gpa is about 20 years old. I tried plugging the cable in to the back of the unit and it doesn't power up. There's nothing. It worked all last season until late August and this happened. How do I figure out how to make it work again. Is it the unit, or maybe the cable that runs to the transducer
