Can Old 14.4 Volt Nicd Battery Be Reconditioned?
I have 5 of the battery packs that will no longer take a charge. does anyone know of a way that these old Nicd batteries can be reconditioned somehow? I hate to send them to the great recycler in the sky. Two of my vacuums are still in mint condition.
