I Unplug My Phone For 2 Month When I Start Pluging It Again The Small Red Line

my uniden dect1480-3 was unplugged for 2month ,when I returned to plug it in the small red lamp is on but the phone line is not working, I tested the battery it is ok, I tried another phone on the same line it works so whereis the problem

Hi. If the battery was left installed I would still suggest you replace it if convenient as it can still be the culprit in spite the red LED. Otherwise, a more immersed troubleshooting will be called for. Do make sure all connection sockets are clean.
