Iam Locked Out Of My Windows 8 Laptop. How Do Irecover?

The only way to recover your Toshiba Satellite C655-S5312 laptop is to reinstall its Operating System. However, you need the original Operating System installation CD to make this work properly. If you don't have any, you can purchase the CD online like Amazon and eBay. These are the links for the Operating System products available online.
