how to replace the old hards sdrive for a new one

This process is more complicated than just replacing a hard disk.  You must move Windows and all your data as well.  If done incorrectly you will lose everything as easily as you would if the hard disk dies outright.

I highly recommend that you have a service shop do this for you.  That way you have a neck to ring if there are problems.
