Cannot Play Some Of My Personal Videos Or Produce My Photos On Toshiba 22bl702b
Looking at the manual and online it appears I require a firmware update in order to playback my home videos and photos. Some of the videos play and some photos but the rest I am being told that they are unsupported formats. Could you please tell me what I need to do. All of my films are of my grandchildren over the last 10 years and I am concerned that I may lose them if I try to DIY instructions from the internet. Your help and advice would be much appreciated. As you can see I am not very computer literate or technology literate being a senior citizen and not grown up with todays technology.
