I Need Help With Sony Str-kg700

I need help please.. I have a sony home theater system a sony the model number is STR-KG700 I only have a universal remote and its direct tv.. 1 can I use that. And 2. I have my system on FM but I can't change channel up and down.. I was reading and it say push D TUNING but what would that be on universal remote???

"Universal" remotes are not universal--one may or may not work for the purpose needed. The one you have probably does not work for all functions for your theater system. To find out for sure, its documentation may help or you can call its manufacturer. (For contact information, see https://www.contacthelp.com/.
