Transferring Videos From My Camera To My Computer
I have a sondy handycam dcr-dvd610e. I have windows 7 (64 bit) OS on my computer. I have installed PMB from the disc that came with my camera. It wont connect to my camera to download my videos.
I have tried installing PlayMemories Home but that won't install - keeps telling me my connection was interrupted???

Greetings - You have 3 options as per the Sony webpage linked to below. Unfortunately if none of them works, then the problem should stem on your Operating System's health state (in which case you will have to try a different computer as a workaround).
