Tv Is Not Turning On
TV has a blank screen & makes a clicking noise when the power is on

when you plug it in the indicator turns red and as it's trying to turn on it blinks red and you hear a cycling click.
It is likely either the power board or the main board. The part number for the power board is BN44-00376A, the part number is probably BN94-02757C (these sets are made at several plants so they sometimes use different parts the serial number is needed to ensure the proper part number is used).
There is a test to determine which board is bad. Take the back cover off and you will see the two big boards. The one the power cord hooks to is the power board, the one with the video input jacks is the main board. There is a multi-wired harnes that hooks these two boards together. Simply disconect one of the ends of this wire harness and hook the AC cord back to the wall. If the panel lights up then the main board is bad, if it stays completely black then order the power board. Of course with this harness disconnected the TV will not work, all we want to do is determine if the power board is capable of developing the voltages needed to light up the back light LEDs. If the main is bad, then look for the part nuber on a tag or ask another question with the full serial number and I can do the research for you.

you can order parts here or maybe a place like ShopJimmy.com or E-Bay might have a harvested board from a TV that the panel was broken for much cheaper.
