Paper Jamming Near The Heater,
While printing the paper is getting jammed near the heater, after a series of attempts the bolts on the base of the heater got weaken, now I am not able to screw tight the heater component.Kindly help.

These are the things you need to look at to fix this and for the screws you need to apply some oil on it if it not works than its good to get a technicians and their is other things which may cause this .
problemCause of error "Jam 1" of Samsung scx-6322Dn
- May be exit sensor is faulty: It may has trapped or return only slowly due to contamination be toner powder , foreign objects or paper debris.
- The paper feeder are bad quality. It is so wet, too thick or too thin...When print paper will be rolled on the OPC drum.
- Some spring is missing, broken away, damaged or deformed
- Fuser unit are dirty by toner powder, paper debris or faulty heat roller, heat sensor, surface of heat roller has tear.
- The gear of toner cartridge don't rotate because components of toner cartridge installed incorrect. For example: gears, drum, rollers...
