I Have Black Thin Horizontal Lines On My Samsung Tv? How Can I Fix?

Some LCD tv have stray lines on them or dead pixels. Hopefully that warranty is still good and you'll be able to get it either fixed or get a new set.
Doesn't mean that the tv is broken, so that there are minor defects that can be fixed.
