OK, specifically WITHOUT THE REMOTE, as you requested.
Disconnect and dismantle the TV and remove the main board (PCB).
Locate and desolder the EEPROM, which will be labelled something like 24C256.
Connect this into an EEPROM programmer and upload to it the original code with factory settings. (Obviously you would have to locate a copy of this file from a repair shop or somewhere!)
Assuming that programming is successful, resolder the EEPROM in place and reassemble the TV.
(If programming is not successful, buy a new EEPROM of the same type and program that. Alternatively, take an EEPROM from an identical TV.)
Obviously, this assumes that you are familiar with electronic equipment, that you can solder and that you appreciate the safety considerations. If not then please do not attempt this repair yourself! Take it to a qualified expert.
