Scanning Will Only Work For One User On My Ricoh 5500
Ive checked paths shared the scan folder not sure what else is wrong.

Check the passwords for the other users. If one scan destination is working fine, then it's not a problem with the copier itself. Check the paths again, make sure all computers are on, and re-enter all of the user passwords and usernames. Also check the firewalls on the other computers to make sure they are allowing file and printer sharing, and make sure the shared folders are set up to allow the copier to access and modify the folder contents.
