How Forward Faxes To My Office Email Address?
I have an aficio SP5200. my office email address is defined in the copier. I am away from office. I wish to send a fax to my copier in my office, and having the copier firward the fax directly to my email address. is that possible?

Hi, you can set up fax forwarding in User Tools. Go to User Tools/Counter > Facsimile Features and look for the Forwarding option. Set it to On, then you'll be asked to choose a destination to forward the faxes to. Select your email address from the list of contacts.
If you haven't input your email address into the copier's address book yet, you'll have to do that first. You can find instructions for doing that here:

If you haven't configured your email/SMTP settings on the copier yet, that will need to be done also in order to forward faxes to email. Instructions for that can be found here:
