Red Lines
Red lines are printing on all prints from the MP-C5501 copier??

Hi, more than likely the magenta charge roller is dirty, creating the red lines. You can either clean the charge roller with water (if you feel like taking the drum unit apart) or just replace the magenta drum unit.
