Hi, to set up scan to email, you will need to enter your email server's information into the copier. You can do this in User Tools > System Settings > File Transfer. You'll need:
- The SMTP server name or IP address
- The SMTP port number (if not 25)
- Whether or not the SMTP server requires SSL
- A username/email address to log into the SMTP server (if required) along with a password
