I Have To Reset An Sc541 (fuse Error), How Can I Enter To The Service Menu?
I have tested separately the lamp of the fuser unit and it works, but when I mount it on the printer, it doesn't work . I suppose I have to reset the error by the service menu, but I don't know how to enter. I also tried to leave turned off the printer for a few days but nothing. The printer is a ricoh aficio sp c220s. Thank you for the support and sorry for my my english.

FYI: the SC541 has nothing to do with the lamp itself, it is more about the thermistors and/or thermostat. Service mode is 'Clear-1-0-7-stop(hold stop until machine goes into service mode). Unless you're a trained tech for Ricoh's you can really mess things up in service mode so tread lightly. You probably have a bad or dirty thermistor causing the actual issue.
