Seat Brake Handle Assembly
Installed handle as instructed screw holes facing the floor and handle in upright position. Seat releases no problem to slide back and forth. When trying to lock seat in position for exercise. Handle pulling up as instructed it will not lock in position? Can anyone please advise further instructions?Bill K
