why did the sound stop working after i moved the phillips hts3555

The sound of your Philips FW-C557 stopped working because the audio wires connected at its back may be loosen. Please check the audio wires at the back and make sure that the are placed according to the user's manual instructions. Here's the link to the user's manual.
