I Am Having A Problem With 3d Glasses- The Glasses Led Do Not Start Red

emitter found 3d signal and became solid green as per manual , but when power button on glasses is on there is no red LED  just few green flushes. Before first time use glasses  have been properly charged and red LED was observed  while charging

The 3D glasses should turn red initially and then turn off. If you are having issues or not seeing the red light at all, please call our customer service team at 888-289-6786.
