Received Invalid Data
i m using a newly purchased ES84621 printer.when i am trying to print, it shows the error message "received invalid data".i want the solution to this pls

Hello. I am an Oki Data helpdesk technician from Oki Data America's. Oki Data does not manufacturer an ES84621. Do you have the ES1624? Invalid error's can be caused by multiple things. Do you get this error printing from any application or one specific? Also, make sure you are using the current ES1624 printer driver. You can download the driver at http://my.okidata.com/pp-ES1624nMFP.nsf/openingdrivermenu?OpenFrameSet
